Please Help me about Traffic Analysis about Usage Statistics

I need to know the coulumn explanations on the screen.
I am using stat counter, My unique daily visitor is 1500. In Panel stats , I think it seem on the yellow coloumn which is named Visits so, What is the other colums descriptions?
Hits, files and pages?
