atxsurf is ridiculous. I lost 315 EUR and now i have to lost another 32 EUR + 25 EUR commission

No thanks. I contacted with my bank and i wrote e form named "Cancellation of Bank Transfer"

Now i'm waiting for a response from my bank. I also contacted bank of china on Hong Kong because boc.cn was partially in english and the Contact US was only i chinese. They replied on 24h and suggested me to report this issue in a police station in China.

As you can see now on www.buy-hot.com they changed MSN and deleted number of telephone.

So @atxsurd if you are going to help me thanks, but please don't use this situation for benefits

    Thanks again

No offense man but please just use some common sense. You could get a computer from a reputable store for the same price. If it sounds kind of shady like this one does, and this one sounds real shady, then don't do it. This is almost as close to falling for the Nigerian scam letters

Funny how their site looks a bit glitchy to me with it's font errors and etc and that they show forms of payments that they accept which are including Paypal, credit cards, and etc and they say to you that they don't. Also that they are using a free email provider which is through hotmail.com. When a true humble business site do transaction, they use self owned emails rather than hotmail.com. Also like the others said, don't use money transfers other than safe transactions where you are guaranteed that you can get your money back like Paypal. Take this as a learning experience and as for you, you can warn others of the site and tell them that it is a scamming website.

If it's not too late, even if it costs you some money, try and put a stop on that transfer.

Get in contact with your bank straightaway. If you delay, it'll just get harder. Explain the full situation to them.

And make sure in the future, you buy only from well known, highly reputable sources, not just any old website.

Don't worry, you are not the first to fall for this and you certainly won't be the last (unfortunately).

I hope it works out well for you in the end.

Friend, I am sorry to hear about that but I am wondering that how you got trapped in such a scam.

I think you can get hold of these people since you have the their bank details as you wired the money to them. May be you can approach a legal consultant and they may be able to help you. With their help, you can report this matter to the law agencies in China who will or may investigate the matter. But I am afraid, it could be a costly affair and most important its a cross border / international scam.

Other than that, you can try reporting this matter to organigations like fbi.gov, ic3.gov and so on...

I just visited the site and sara is online for sales help. You should contact her and advise her of this thread. If she sees all the banking information and other things that have been posted she might reconsider.

Can I suggest that you edit that so it's not a live link?
Because otherwise, given how often DP is crawled, you've just given them a useful backlink

Me personally i would never pay any company that's not in my country, and look legit to me with western union or bank transfer..90% of these Chinese sites are scam..Trust me when you mention escrow as a payment they will run away like flies.

best thing you can do is contact government and keep bugging her and etc.

I love how the website is down too.

Very sad to hear people need to do that :/

    Good luck getting your money

someone tried scamming my dad out of his car gps system lol. it was $700 he put it up for on facebook. he said he can give hime $1,200 over paypal. my dad didnt have so i gave him my paypal. he said he sent the money, i told my dad it wasnt there. he said it takes a couple days to verify. i told my dad to tell him payments happen instantly. never heard from him again. he lived in nigeria.
