    Hello people,

First off I just want to say I love this forum and I love you guys. :) I've had some great advice from this place, and it has helped me get started. I started here early November, and I've gone from never using adsense or blogger before to now owning a site that started with less than 200 page impressions a day and less than 10 clicks per day in the first week (earning me an average of less than 50 cents / day) to now over 4000 page views a day, and generating on average around $10/day.

I'm now trying to increasing the average daily from $10 to $20 (my eventual aim is about $100 / day) and I'm having a bit of difficulty pushing it past $10. But I am determined to get there eventually... I now have a mailing list of about 1000, and have been cross promoting the site and the traffic is boosting. However, for some reason the earnings have decreased due to the lower eCPM (previously as high as $10, now down to about $1 or $2!!)

I've done all the stuff like MFA filters and the site is pretty well targeted to a specific audience, and have played with ad placements. Are there other ways I can stabilize the eCPM more? Say today, as of right now the site has had over 3300 views with the exact same number of clicks as I had a few days ago with less page views, but I now only had 1/3 of what I did then. So there are a couple of days in between, where for some reason despite having large number of clicks, the earning is lower because the page eCPM seems to fluctuate to a lower percentage. In my understand this is merely due to the adword placements and must be the audience clicking on ads that don't pay very well? Is there anything I can do about this? for those of you who pushed through to the next level, how did you do it?

    Thanks :)
