you need to start low, you need a bugdet of at least 100 a day to get some impressions, make sure you are ready to spend the $100 though if not bid lower, Don't advertise oversaturated products because then your ad will never be seen with such low amount.
Why $100 day budget? I started with a $25 day budget and increased it to $50 day now. But you must start with low competition keywords.
Start with at least $20 daily budget. Any lower than that is hard to work with. Also remember; if they plan to promote affiliate offers; then prepare to loss a couple hundred dollars before you see any positive ROI.
