You can try blocking some low-paying advertisers with a list from adsblacklist.com. You might also try using a link unit at the top of your blog instead of the ad unit you have now. I earn better from top-placed link units. Good luck .

How old is your site? New sites really has a trend of going up all of a sudden, then down, and then slowly going up again.
Your placement is fine and 2.2% CTR consider OK. However, you can still play around with the placement to find the better
Nothing wrong at all with your clicks, it's perfect, just do more work to get more traffic and you'll be fine.
I guess you don't read alot of threads about how little they make like 2 or 3 cents a click and you are complaining on almost 30 cents a click. Helloooooooooooooooooo are you there people would die to make that amout for clicks.

I think you are getting some very good money for the clicks. I usually get only $0.03 per click. You need to increase the traffic. And try to increase the CTR a little too.

Forex is a higher paying niche so your earnings look fine. I have a few niches that pay ok and a few that are paying 3-5 cents a click. Be happy that you are getting what you are.
Maybe you need to add more picture or chart to make your site looks interactive instead of plain text based. People will be more interested.
If you are the traffic guru, you should know that the secret to overcoming low CTR is getting more traffic. The more traffic you get, the more your earnings. But you know that already, right?
