You say you can't change the password. do you have access to the mysql database? if so you can just change your email address in the users table to your one, and you should be able to reset it then. If this doesn't work for you, I will log into your cpanel/plesk and into your phpmyadmin for you if you like (be sure to make a random password up before I log in so that you can change back to your current one later without fear of giving your password away)

 

@Jay6390: Yes, I can change password at PHPMyadmin but I can't change my profile as: Name + About me..

 

Worked fine when I tried it on the new user account I made...you could always edit the name and about in the wp_usermeta table

 

@JAY6390: Have you tried to add Biographical Info ? Please help me jay
