    1) which program shall i use to copy and paste the 200 pages on it? "indesign"?? so that i can design the background of the catalog? - and i prefer to design it on photoshop and then copy it in any other program
    2) is there any sites which i can buy a catalog template from it? as templatemonster for webdesign??

Sorry, but I don't quite understand the question...
What will the final result be for this catalog? Print, web or both?
If it is for print, yes you should use a combination of Photoshop and InDesign to get the bet results. Use PS for the images and then create a template in Indesign to make laying out 200 pages easier for you.

I guess it'll depend on what the catalog will be used for?
is it going to be a website?
    or will you print it?

    Cool.

I don't know how comfortable/ familiar you are with InDesign but they have a built in feature that makes things like this easy. Read this tutorial from Adobe.
Basically you will set up a master page in the style that you want ie. margins, columns, font sizes, etc... Then use Autoflow to import large ammounts of text.
