Hey guys. I have what I feel is a unique ebook targeted at low income individuals on how to obtain Section 8 (federally funded free housing) in Virginia. It is very hard to obtain this funding (huge - years' long waiting lists) but I have tips on how it can be done quickly so low income tenants can save money and stop paying their landlord. I've setup a very detailed dynamic Adwords campaign, Thus far about 15% CTR - and granted today is my first day but no sales yet... This information is legitimate and well researched. I'd like to know if my price is too high / low, my content not compelling enough / I'm chasing the wrong audience / I'm too impatient / I'm using the wrong ecommerce package / my pitch page is too long or short / etc... Do I need a nag screen if you press the back button? A free teaser report email registration first? Any tips appreciated. Also if you have affiliate opportunities you think might work for me or have legitimate services that can help me with this audience. Please contact me. Thanks. The website is http://section8facts.com/2008/12/15/virginia-section-8-housing-contacts
Pay someone to design you a landing page for $50-75 (get a good one, please) and you should see some results. If your site looks like it was thrown together in 10 minutes people are going to have a hard time buying a product from you. Overall the idea for the eBook seems original but you are naturally limited to a pretty small demographic. With that said, patience is probably the most important thing here. The content of your page seems fairly well laid out at first glance. Just buff it up with a nice design and some media (pictures, maybe even a brief audio or video introduction?) and work hard at it - I'm sure you'll make sales. Good luck.
