PLEASE help - Computer problems - Please, thanks!

Hi,

for some reason my computer or internet connection wont go to certain sites?

I have like 20 websites, and for some reason my computer will not go to 4 of them. Its been 2 weeks.

My computer will only go to the websites if I go through a proxy - So, im thinking some of my setting are messed up.

Can anyone help me?

 

can u please tell me which internet connection u have ?
r u from India ?

which sites are not opening ?

have u downloaded any thing from warez site recently ?

do u use any firewall ?

 

I use vista firewall

no warez

try to flush your dns

in command prompt ..type this

ipconfig/flushdns

I hope this could figure out

r u using Broadband or other internet connection ?
If its BB then try reconnecting the internet and change the IP

also try DNS settings from openDNS.com

there are few viruses which may cause this ..

 

in india
same problem was there due to broken lines

I think your connection/sites were blocked by isp. happened to me sometime and i can go throught it by using proxy site.

 

You may have some adware trying to highjack your browser and will need to remove it

 

Where did you buy your domains,contact the company and let them check it out.

 

if you have spybot S & D, it may be the cause since it also blocks cj and etc...
