please help - centering my wordpress theme

    Hey guys, I've tried every thing I know to center my theme in wordpress, can someone please give me some tips? I'm basic in PHP and CSS, although I can learn!

    have you tried :

    text-align=center in the body (CSS ) ?
    or margin-left=auto
    margin-right=auto :)

    Hmm, Have you tried

    padding=0px
    margin=0px in body element?
