I think the problem is in your browser . You should check browser with ccleaner or use mozilla instead of chrome

Some good advice already given, but I use WordPress with Chrome daily. Don't think the problem is with the browser.

Might be a good idea to uninstall before trying to reinstall.

How did you install your WordPress site?

Hi, thanks for the help. Its not the browser.

I have the site since 2011 and never modified or change anything so thats why I dont know what happened.

Tha installation was the usual one. I have other sites and none of them have problems

    Thanks, fuser

Since you get the menu, do you get anything on any of the submenus? Or is everything blank? I would check in different browsers, as there might be plugins running creating the problem, however, a reinstall of the latest wordpress would probably fix the problem (however, since you're already running a WP-database, it might be more prudent to reinstall the same version you're currently running, and then update that).

You can easily try and see if any of the plugins are making the issue, as I've seen some similar to yours. You can just deactivate all your plugins and activate them one by one to see when the issue will appear again.

If its not in the plugins an update of the version is the way to go. A reinstall is also possible to avoid further reconfiguration but in any ways its always best to keep your WordPress updated for security reasons too, so you might come to that step at some point even if you skip it now.

First and foremost make a full backup of your website files and database(s). I cannot stress how important that is and how many people suffered from not doing it. Then you need to find the same version of WordPress (if you are working with an autoinstaller like Softaculous you might not be able to find old versions) and simply delete the old stuff and make a clean, fresh installation. Once done, simply reupload files and connect to database.

First, backup all your database and code. Rebuld website in localhost (your computer).
Then download lastest wordpress version. Unzip and copy all file in wordpress folder and paste it (replace) into your localhost website folder.
    Edit config.php
    I think it will work
