please help- cant find how to place banner on proxy pages

hey, im new to proxies and i own p-r-o-x-y.com and cant find how to place banners or popups on proxified pages for this template im using. i see many people are using it so please anyone let me know how i do this. thanks

not sure if i know how to post the whole code here though. and dont really know which file to post the code of as thats the part of the problem i dont really know which file controls the proxified pages.

figured out how to put a popup and banner on top of page. but anyone know how to place a banner at the end of the proxified page like i see some proxies are doing now? thanks

What is the best affiliates..cpm for proxified pages except adversall..canep.adbrite.? Can i put action ads for example?I just search for another way to monetize my proxies...I have proxies which make 2-10 k unique a day..
