    Hi fellow link builders!

I am desperate. I have been trying to solve a riddle for several weeks. More and more blogs remove the website field, only leaving the name and the email field for blog comments. I know there is a way to add a link to the name field nevertheless. An example is this page: http://www.blackenterprise.com/2012/01/06/angela-yee-money-debt/. Many people on this page left a comment where the name is a clickable link to an external url. How do they do that???

Any hint is so much appreciated! Thank you very much for reading this.

You can try to write your name with html tag : _a href="site"__text_/a__ . But not every blog approves such blogposts. So give it a try and tell me if you succeed in it. Don't forget to change _ with < and __ with > - I wrote this way because the forum makes my tag a link if its written in correct way.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Unfortunately such sites usually don't accept html tags and this one is no exception. I really don't know how they do that...

    Hi,

    Why are you desperate?

What linking strategy are you following?

Manual? Automatic? Looking only for DoFollow? Looking for your niche only?

Linking is a numbers game. You make/post/buy/whatever, links and some of them stick and some of them do not.

If you look at the page you gave, you can see that some of the posts are highlighted and some are not.
Some of the highlighted ones not only have a link in the Name, but some have links in the body of the comment.
    Why is this?
Or .... why should you spend a great deal of time figuring it out?

BTW, the external links on the blog you gave are NoFollow.

Some comments you make will be AutoApproved, i.e approved right away and stick.
Some comments you make will be AutoApproved, i.e approved right away but later will be deleted.
Some will be moderated and you will be approved.
Some will be moderated and you will not be approved.
Some will be NoFollow and some will be DoFollow.
Some will be good PR now.
Some will be PR=NA now and will have good PR in a few weeks or months.
    Some will always be PR=NA.

    It's a numbers game.
Get lots of links as efficiently as you can and keep doing that.

And oh yes ... the most important part is to make sure your site is top notch in every way ... On Page Optimization is most important.

Hope this helps you a bit.

    Best to you,
    InternetMarketing108
