    Ok so im building a new site.....and i want to make this big. The site is basically to do with affiliate marketing and stuff.

    What do i need?
    Help with back linking. I hear its one of the SEO techniques. But i have no idea on how to do this. Im a complete newbie. And here are a few questions i want to ask :

    [1] Firstly this is a website that will have all the niches....so i want to be able to rank first on google for all niches that include the tags :: Affiliate, niche, weight loss, webhosting, dating etc.
    Google is my top priority and i am not concerned that much about yahoo and msn ranking.

    [2] How exactly does this process work? What all steps must i do for this?

    *although off-topic, please reply*
    [3] If i want a "sponsored link" tag in google how do i get this? How much should i pay?

    Please help me with this info.
    Thank you,
    Sidharth

    You should try out SEO services for link building. These services are very efficacious in promoting a site and there by giving it a boost. These services help in developing links for a site thus improving the PR.

    Services like :

    * Social Bookmarking
    * Article writing and marketing
    * Press release submissions
    * Directory submissions
    * Do-follow blog comments
    * Web 2.0 services (like Squidoo, Hubpages)

    hope this helps you out.:)

    regards

    I would suggest against link building services until/unless you understand what it's all about. You can't really pay for something if you don't know how long/difficult/or easy it can be. Directory submissions are the easiest, with quality non spam blog commenting probably the higher end of the tier. Just try everything, and go from there. You get better as you go. Once you understand the basics then you can seek outside help.

    So you will have one big site that will target all sorts of niches in an effort to make affilate sales?

    If so I dont recommend it. Use individual sites for niches.

    No actually this site is based on helping afiliate marketers promote their products. This is not an individual affiliate marketer project. People can become members and then build up their products.....

    Ok the site is actually something more or less like craigs list.....but with a lot more competition and a better outlay of consumers. So i will be targetting consumers from various parts of the world. Its bascically a review site for the product. The more reviews it gets the higher it is ranked. It is a more unique concept than what it sounds and i do not want to give out the finer details until its done. So the site should target consumers for which i need a good page rank on google.
