    This is my site,It has been banned since 24 last month,I deleted the old site,and deleted all the outbound links,Do you think it is okay for unblocked from Google.

    Please share your thoughts here.

    Maybe too many link building in a very short time,or duplicated content.

    Sorry,It is a blog,personally,I call a blog a site.

    You can have pagerank and still be deindexed. to check type in "site:www.iccellphone.com" into Google Search bar. Site has no listings.
    Make nessasary changes and submit for reinclusion through Google Webmaster Tools.
