    Nice design, looks neat. I prefer logos instead of texts, but that's just one mans opinion.

    Yes, Logo needs to be created and I don't think on Page optimization has been done. Page title also needs to be changed as you can have upto 70 characters of page title.

    You have too many meta keywords > pick 2-3 you want to rank for your main page and try to put appropriate keyword densities for those 2-3 keywords
