As you're all webmaster in here. I've just a done a bacherlor's degree in buisiness. Now the problem with me is I don't want to be an junior executive all my life working on the company's mission. I think the web gives me a chance to display my skill, creativity and blah blah. So, what would you suggest ? (I know html, css, php, databases and some basic designing)

I would suggest that you begin your own freelance services. How? Offer people your design services on the web, offer them xhtml/css websites, etc. They pay you to do that. So you never have a boss. You are the boss of yourself. By the way, working off web usually gives you more exposure, and pays higher than what you'd get with your certificate in an offline job.
