Hi, I am planning on buying iVirtuaForums.com and need to know a few things. Please tell me about the forum, what do you think about it? Check out its stats, the way the forum is, the forum's specialty, etc, and tell me, how much would you pay for this forum? Consider the following: Would it be easy to manage this site? How much time will be needed to be devoted? How much and how will I earn from this forum? Make believe you are buying the forum, what would you do to buy it? I might be paying about $280 a month to pay off about $3200 for the forum, but its not final yet, I need to know what you guys think. So how much would you pay and what do you think about my questions? Thanks
Really only you can answer this because you know the details. I have purchased a couple of sites before and had success. However, my rule of thumb is that I would need proof at how much the website was bringing in over the last 3 months, I would never pay more than 8 x existing monthly income. Also, I would never purchase based on potential. Forums generally do require quite a bit of work because you are expected to be the most knowledgeable and also spark conversation.
