    please tell me if i buy expire owned license vBulletin for example version 3.7 can i use it on version 3.8
    if yes is need pay more to vb company

    If you buy an expired license, you'll need to renew it to use the latest version ;)

    you must pay 60$ for that, if not, you only use version 3.7
