Please Give Suggestion

I am using Paypal for quite sometime. I verified my account with VCC and so far no problem at all. I always get payment from verified sources and used to spend all those $$ by doing shopping and all. But today when I login in my account, I saw that Birthday security check and Nationality. I am currently staying in a Country where Paypal is allowed but my home country is not even listed on Paypal. So the problem is about Nationality? Because I am on student visa, not a citizen of this country. What to do ?

Your suggestion will be really appreciated.

Call them and do not disclose that you have used a VCC until they ask. Tell them your main problem about the natinality. They will help you out

It is because paypal believes your account has been accesed from a different ip than the one you normally access it from. This can happen if you used VPN IP to access your paypal ip. paypal detects different ip address in the login attempt and marks that account as 'suspect'. Thats why they are asking you for photo id or national id. Just use some id whose nationality as the same as the one mentioned in the VCC or where you got it from.

I don't think It is because of VPN. after a google search I can see Its just a normal security check of Paypal and a lot of people got it. More info from the link below
