I ask the 1and1 support, they told me

    "Thank you for contacting us.

Upon checking your account, we have found out that it is an old package
so it seems to support ASP.Net. We have pulled up the site again here
in our end and it is up and running now. It could be that there is a
high load on the server which caused the error that you have encountered
    upon pulling up the site.

If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us."
