I would suggest to spice the site up a bit, if you want people to take your services seriously. It just looks a bit plain to be professional. Also, some of the sections in the horizontal nav menu aren't links - it is better to keep those out, then make them non-links. It's confusing to the user.

 

You should explain more about the SEO cost effectiveness,
and why your service would be profitable for the customer.

 

You should give more exceptional and valuable ideas that other providers might not give or suggest, something unique and different from others

looks a bit academic. only text. how about adding and image for more visiuals. about us or about me would be good too.

 

Looks a bit 1990.
I would suggest buying a professional looking template instead
