    I would appreciate some opinions on this new site I am developing using wordpress. Something just doesn't look right to me.

    Yeah, the vertical lines. They just make it look like it's overflowing or something

    The title design is too simple, try to change its style. Add some related images in-between the content, it will be better.

    Different Look. The right side section is not in place (using IE6). Its down below the main text. Hence not able to see your site properly. nice header but you need logo. the left hand side boxes needs bottom padding, 7 to 10px will do i guess.

    rest every thing nice.

    The header is too dark you should use a lighter color and add a logo into the header.

    You need to add a logo, fix some styles and make the colors matchable and even lighter as advised above ;)
