Wha is the problem with the money exchange? Are you a seller or buyer?

As a seller you will not experience any money exchange problems. It is up to the buyer to exchange their money to the currency you except so you will always receive the amount you want. Change your settings to accept only 1 type of currency.

mmhh i suggest you try alertpay or ask the sender if he/she would pay you through payoneer. Payoneer is better i think.

Their currency rates are for obvious reasons never published. You need to be a customer to see the exchange rates. Sign up for all of them and see what rate they give you, then calculate and compare for yourself. Or even better if your local bank that you are withdrawing to have a USD account, and then you make the currency exchange with your local bank, which will provide you with a lot better rates.

I still prefer Paypal and I used LR as an alternative because some sites that I work with pays only in LR.
The only hard thing is getting a decent exchanger to exchange it to paypal.

The more advanced option would of course be to have a bank account in that country where you have your customers. And then transfer money to your homeland bank from it once a month or so.

I am a freelancer and usually accept payments via paypal. In my experience, although they get like 3% of the money that's being paid to you and their currency conversion really sucks - they're still the payment option that most people from the USA, UK and Australia prefer. And compared to other services, they still have the lowest rates.

You can try emoneygram too. Although I didn't check if it's available in Thailand...
