    It looks a little bit overcrowded by ads, so I would decrease their quantity.

    It doesn't stand out. First impressions count a lot, imo. How about changing the header from text to some kind of graphic?

    You are right, I am trying to do that. Since I am using the free blog from blogger.com. It is dificult to do that. I will try to figure it out.

    I would definitely remove the border colors around your ad... for better blending. The header design needs customization as well.
