    Just looking at your site, I found 2 problems.
    1. Your copyright date is wrong.
    2. Logo is too dark.

    It's not bad. For a better customer experience I'd put less words on the home page, and make people click on a graphical link for that info. But for SEO, I know Google likes to see content, even on the home page. I would correct "We are affiliate with top companies to serve you with only the best top paying surveys!" to say, "We are affiliated with top companies, and serve you only the best top paying surveys!" The large buttons in the footer area seem to be an afterthought and somewhat out of place. Those are a few things that stand out for me. Good luck with your site.

    I love the feel of your site however, the banner ads seem to be out of place, CTR will be very low, when it comes to your site layout. it looks well-organized.
    suggestion:
    Why not try to make more catchy logo?

    I like the mobile phones picture. The banner is looking bad. Site is easy to navigate.
