    I set up a site call Basic Health Talk and it all about health and Fitness. Well I am not sure if I post this in the right place but I need a comment to improve my site before I start up my promotion marketing. Please give me 5 seconds to view it Basic Health Talk and let me know if it is working well or what else should I add up such as plug in, widget or any appearances.

    One thing I noticed is, in article you are using H1 more than once, you should rather make use of H2 and H3. H1 is expected once only in article.

    About the design, I think the drop shadow on the logo is too strong. Also pay attention to pixelated images.

    That's a really hard niche you've picked and my first impression was that you just wanted to sell, you didn't actually want to "talk".

    You need to pay attention to some of the basics like "Men's Health" rather than "Men Health"

    You also need to edit your template so that you get

    instead of

    it's probably as simple as putting a nl2br() in, and the effect will be well worth it
