    it looks perfect , only issue is you can merge the colors properly on the right sidebar 120 x 600 banner ads, keep the background color of adsense banner same as bg color of right side bar.

    Placement wise looks good.

    Maybe you can experiment with colors a bit and see.

    However you should wait till you get some traffic before you start to experiment. Experimenting with just 5-10 uniques a day may give you biased results.

    i did not see adsense codes on your post pages and under the blogroll . you can add some codes to these positions

    Cute header and nice colors. Overall the blog looks good. There is a scroll in the header where it says 'Source For Adsense Tips,Seo Tricks,Affiliate Opportunity And a Diary of An Internet Marketer.' Maybe you can reduce the font size and get rid of that vertical scroll.

    The links at the top are red. If you can change those to another color it would look better.

    blend the background of your ad with your own background...

    placement is nice but i think would be better if the nav bar is in the left side...:)
