Online Degrees needs a better layout + typography. What I would do I would think of creating the layout part more obvious, i.e. contrasting.
Online degrees hub looks bland to me but submityoursite looks great. But why would someone submit their site to you when they could submit to google and yahoo and everywhere else? Give them a reason to.

Onlinedegreeshub - Nice and useful site for choosing degree through online. I think you need to redesign the menu and the title, looks simple.

The online degreeshub site looks good to me. In my opinion, maybe do just one university at a time and what they offer. The submit your site site looks good. But what are we submitting our site too.??? Is it for advertising. But good job on both.
