Please get me out of this confusion!!

    I recently read that if a web admin intentionally or by mistake clicks on his own adsense ad, then google suspends his account.
    Does it mean Google blocks his website or he can still post other ads on his site?
    If google suspends his account then is there any way one may get it re-approved?

    1) Webmasters accidentally click their own ads all the time. If it happens too often, THEN google may suspend the account.
    2) It means that google bans the Adsense account and possibly/sometimes the domain.
    3) Once Google suspends (bans) an account, unless you successfully appeal the ban, it is for life. Google does not like cheaters.

    - Adsense and google is different, the owner get banned by adsense, doesnt mean it banned by google. He can still post ads from other network on his site

    If google suspends his account then is there any way one may get it re-approved?

    You can report on google adsense about the mistakes,, Google is very strict they won't hear your voice all time so be careful about that.

    appeal and try out whether you can unsuspend your account as you clicked on accidentally.
