Hello, I think the whole feedback system works ok from the seller's perspective in sense that if a buyer does not pay, there is a flag on the points system against that non paying buyer, but what of from a buyers point of view when a seller does not deliver. I bought 5 articles from a seller here that did not deliver and after 2 weeks I had to open a dispute with PP to get my money back. Now I have a less than 100% points system and that annoying number 5 keeps showing on the marketplace tab for non-payment. Is there a way you can finesse this feedback system because currently I don't think it works good. Feedbacks should be a two way thing and not one way.
