Hey guys. I'm planning on making a couple of Directories but what is the difference from WordClouds? how can I earn more money with Directories? Thank you.
Wordcloud looks more like a link farm with no content and only links and i feel is not good for serps. Directories provide a bit more information about the link and hence content for content hungry serps. Regards
Just think of it this way. More people submit to directories than wordclouds. Also wordclouds are normally just selling links on one page, once that page gets too many links it becomes worthless. Directories sell links on tons of different pages. Much better.
Agreed... word clouds should and do have thier place as a link on the side off main page for those willing to buy.. I wouldnt try to make a living of a few word cloads thx malcolm
If you want to make a quick money ( and then no money in future) - Build wordcloud. If you want a slow, stedy long time money - Make directory.. Wordcloud are totally link farms.
hmmmmm i dont know... if its a niche wrd tag cloud ive seen them easily reach PR6 which some directories have problems attaining so i guess it depends on how the owner makes it to be... thx malcolm
Its not about PR of the main site.. Its about 100's of listing on a single page .. So almost no PR juice is passed even if its PR5/6..
I also wonder how strong links are from word cloud sites. It has just one page which contains hundreds of OBL. So a PR6 link from a Wordcloud site won't be worth more than a normal PE2 link
If you want to creat directory then go for phpLD And if you want to creat word clouds site then go for Wordlinkspro
That would be quite time-consuming, however there's no harm to give it a shot, by then you should know which one brings you more income. Good luck.
simple: workclouds -> single pages, non-structured, messy directories -> categorically structured, organized
no wonder why all all my friend are crazy about directory these days...now i know why...hehe..thanks DP...
