I've got some questions about link selling in the Buy Sell Trade section.

I was selling a couple of sig links on Namepros for a fixed price in the Buy Sell Trade section. After doing a price reduction, then only selling 1 link, I still had spots available. Since you're not allowed to bump your thread otherwise you'll get an infraction, the next day I started a new thread. Didn't get a response so 2 days later started another thread as you can't bump. I got this message, which I presume was from a mod:

Then I received infractions. I would've thought that more appropriate launguage could've been used as when people use this language in their posts here, other members make a big deal about it, but anyway....

About good couple of days passed, I start a thread selling my avatar on Namepros, not my signature, this time it's an auction, not a fixed price sale, & it's for 3 months, not just 1 month, & I get a red rep which I presume is from the same mod.

    Can someone explain to me:

    1. How many days is it before you start another thread with the same deal or aren't you allowed to do it ever again?
    2. How is selling an avatar with a different deal being made, something that can potentially get you an infraction?
    3. If you have a BIN price for your sig links, how many times can you do a price reduction?

It seems that once you've made a thread selling sig links, you're not alllowed to open another thread later on, or bump your original thread, or make a different offer next time to sell your avatar instead of a signature.

I usually wait a couple of days to start a thread again for the same deal. I see others do the same thing. I never got an infraction or red rep from doing that. To be on the safe side, I suggest waiting 7 days before starting the same thread again.

    2. How is selling an avatar with a different deal being made, something that can potentially get you an infraction?
That is different. I guess the mod or whoever just doesn't like you.

    3. If you have a BIN price for your sig links, how many times can you do a price reduction?
I heard you are suppose to do it once.

But really you should ask a mod.

The only thing in the FAQ/Rules that could relate is:

Where does it say anything about my 2nd question:

Also, it does not say how many days before you can sell your sig links again which is another question I asked.

Well.. 7 days rules is there which you must follow.. and moreover, I would say yes, that moderators in Namepros do use slang languages. They use many bad words without such reason, i had a issue many days ago, then I left the forum.
