Please evaluate this site that I am planning to purchase.

There is a friend who is trying to sell me this software, which he gave me an installation with partial functionality.

Please let me know if it is worth it to purchase.

The site looks ok but I do not understand the concept behind it?

 

It's good. I think the use of Adobe flex works well in this case, however I can't help but think it would feel betterif it was coded in Ajax? It feels slightly gimmicky at the moment.

 

It depends totally on your requirements and on other hand functionality is not bad of that site.

 

It's a Unit for Sale/Rent Application?

Functionality is nice~ way much better than those Sale/Rent Apartment Website I've seen before.
Concept is good and unique.

Although it's partial functionality, what we see now is everything?

As nomzz mentioned, highly depends on your requirement.

Evaluate if there's any limitations to the things you want to do with or customized with Application.
