    Hi

Thanks for your reply, i too doubt that, thats why asked.
They asked me to evaluate the domains before selling and give this link as their reference for a good evaluating company
    http://www.thenamepros.com/Archive/94253017.htm

I dint heard about such a site & their prices are much higher than sedo, where i parked my domains.

    Thanks
    Rakesh

Yea you have to be careful, people will say anything when they are looking to scam. Your best bet would be to develop those domains and get traffic to them, then the domains will go up in value... Also keep them at sedo, since they are a reputable company...

Yes, this is a scam, I had an experience from the same person or group.

You just signed up with SEDO, then you got this email? Same thing happened to me. What I did, copy part of the email and enclose it in double quotes, then do a google search with it, you will see.

Last year I emailed SEDO about it - they weren't concerned about it. I recommend you do what I did - sign up for free hosting and develop them, parking doesn't do anything, especially with new domains.

    Good luck!

Very likely a scam, I'm quite sure that person will ask you to get an appraisal from a "specific" site or something first before he wanna buys it. :p

    Hey Rakesh

Loads of experienced folks have added their valuable comments and suggestions. However would like to mention that these people who send such 'specific' links to appraise your domains are affiliates with appraisal companies and their intention is only to earn their commission through your appraisals and don't care about the domain ...

    Cheers!
