I have to say this is very true from a Gamer perspective...especially if you play World of Warcraft too. You don't sleep for weeks and you'll achieve almost anything you dream of in that game . But...i need my sleep, sorry.

Its important for us to realise the fact that our brain can work even when we are sleeping......so sleep but channelise ur dreams into ur brain! quite confusing though..... but easy if implemented!

Dreams are actually very important part of your life, they can bring possitive as well as negetive energy to your life. have you remebered, wacking up just after a nice dream, this makes you happy all the day round. easiest way to channelize your dreams is - think of something good just before you go to sleep, may be it would not work for a day but keep doing it, and you will see the difference
