Recently i know that breakfast is the necessary food for our health. So i usually take breakfast. The breakfast gives energy that we needed for the full day.
i hate breakfast lol but it is one of the most important meals of the day if not the most important, especially after having been asleep so long your body needs nutrients to function optimally.
