    Reciprocal linking just means that you link to them and they link to you.

    A->B
    B->A

    Mutual link exchange is called reciprocal link. Reciprocal links can be of two types 1) two way and 2) three way

    Two way is same as stated by "notepage"

    Three way is

    A -> B
    B -> C
    C -> A
