I doubt if you'll get it even if the topics are deleted. And what do your posts have anything to do with the person delivering what you paid for?

You will be out of money either way. A fraud is a fraud is a fraud.

If he sends you what he owes Money or product then go and have the thread removed. He needs to show the rest of us he isn't a scammer either.

Sorry, stuff is not deleted when something else is contingent on that happening. Same thing with iTrader... people seem to think they can give a negative iTrader rating or start a thread bashing someone as a way to force the person into doing what they want (refunding money for example), then when they get what they want, they want the posts deleted or negative iTrader removed.

Why don't you tell him you'll post a thread explaining that after all was said and done, he delivered, AFTER HE MAKES GOOD ON THE SALE.

I seriously doubt you are going to get what's coming anyway. Using his method, if it was allowed, you would just be making it easier to scam you further.

The ball is in his court. He either pays or not. Using extortion to force you to do something to get what you have coming is another part of the scam.

exactly what he is doing - extortion
I actually think that if he is in the USA, you should send him to small claims court WHEN he doesn't pay you or send you what was promised - this week.

you say "if something is contingent" we can't delete, come on if he doesnt do his promise then i'll of course write on DP to inform people,

if you delete my accusing messages, problem will be solved

OK, i'm saying that he didn't cheat me, he sent me my items, problem is solved now, i faked all people, i'm a bad person, now can you delete?

Threads wouldn't be deleted, but your account would be banned for making false accusations.

but you should delete my topics, because i missinformed people?
what's necessary in a topic to be deleted? politic, copyrights or whatelse should be written?

    what about the itrader?
for example: i gave a person positive feedback then on another sale i've been cheated then i should be able to change my prevous Feedbacks from negative to positive or reverse..

if a person is banned his topics are deleted?
come on DP, just "hide" until problem is solved. if your policy doesnt allow to delete! come on,

MAYBE he knew your policy that you won't delete topics, so he offered this aggrement, and wanted me to delete my topics.

if you delete/hide whatever he won't be successfull in his thought.

You are mistaken in your belief that posts of banned users are deleted. If you surf the forum you will see posts made by banned users. You can identify them easily for user ID is red.
