Please critique my wesite

I keep adding more content and have even offered a couple of prizes and yet I still don't have very many members. Please help. my site is: www.VirginInvesting.com

Layout is too standard (I guess it's using joomla)..
The content itself is not eye catching..

To hard to read content. Mby because of fonts.

 

You need a better logo and layout to attract readers. No way of that happening using default templates

Definitely need better content, design, better name maybe?...
The black banner on top comes out on the sides.. Looks pretty bad.
Try changing the template first of all...

 

The design is too simple.. Looks ok to me.. But you can make a lot of improvements there..

 

The design and layout is very simple and align the whole template to center since it floats to right on opera browser(9.64).Check it out.
