    it looks good...but i don't like it...for two reasons..

it has a splash page...get rid of that...it serves no purpose other than to make it take longer for the visitor to get to the content...wouldn't that annoy you?

    it's all flash...

flash is an awesome thing...but it wasn't designed to make a complete site...

The white "enter your site" button contrasts a bit too much with the photograph behind it. For the text in the main page which is suppose to follow the curve of the arm, the alignment needs fixing. I love the navigation rollovers on the buttons though!

it's all flash, so, no value for SE,

to much contrast on some pages.

It is little slow loading. Mainly because of the flash.

It does look like like a power point presentation rather than a valuable website. I doubt whether the search engines will like it very much.

I dont like it. Far too long to load, unless I really really wanted to see your content I would have clicked off before it even loaded.

Excellent job on the flash, but flash shouldnt be used for a complete site imo (even though everyone seemed to be doing it 5 years ago). IMO flash elements should be used to enhance a good old html design.

Onle last thing - it took me well over a minute, maybe two mins before I even new what the site was about!!

loading is a bit too slow for some visitors in a hurry. Users mostly don't wait that long specially if they don't know what they are waiting for.
For a website like yours, i would recommend getting out of the flash frame. I know you might have spent some money and time on the flash work but there are a few things about flash which are making it extent.

NO or VERY little SEO VALUE
Some ppl don't have flash players installed.

i think its 30 seconds or less (can't remember) to grab a visitor attention. anything more, they click away.

heres a suggestion, have a skip intro link. even better if u can start from scratch with html (yeah, i know, sounds cruel) or have 2 versions, html and flash which can be quite tedious to maintain.

do a search on SEO, since ur doing a full flash site, i assume u know little bout it. gd luck.

last advice: IMO, site traffic, usability and good content/service is the way to go for websites, not graphics or design. i seen web design companies (established, award winning ones, not those students-type) having simple, user friendly websites so think in that direction.

I disagree with that one right there...do not give the vistor a choice...one or the other...

there is a thread titled '19 things NOT to do with a website'...or something similar to that...it has some really good info in it...

Hey I really like the overall look and feel of your website, very artistic. However I do not like entire Flash websites, it may sound slightly cliché since some people consider flash as a 'new trendy programme' however I find it somewhat out of date these days. You should have considered a fresh xhtml layout, which is easily accessible and keeps the visitors attention since their isn’t a long waiting time before they even get into the website,

Also, it took me about 5 minutes to realise what the website was about and what services you provide. Try modifying the main page, get rid of the ‘we combine the art of logic and design to help organisations compete, go ahead get noticed’. It doesn’t tell the viewer anything specific about you or your services, and many people would just leave at this point. Also I don’t see the point of having a picture of nails and jewellery in the enter site section, looks like a pre-made layout you can buy, and if it is you could at least insert your own photography to give it a personal feel.

Besides these small changes it is good.
