The first thing I noticed is the text color of the feature post excerpts. You can't see the blue against the black background. No need to get fancy there, just use white or a really light grey, the fade is the focal point, at least make it readable. The text in the "free autoblogging plug in" is too small. You could use a headline setting to make it stand out. Your adsense colors may convert better if the "blues" actually matched the blue that you are using for your post headlines, and the link color and text were a little more subtle. Red is not a good choice for text unless you are drawing attention to a special, or on a landing or sales page. I think that you could make your subscribe box a little more professional and you don't need all the different options...one button will service all. No need to confuse the average reader or noob with "which one do I have?". Maybe put your Twitter, My Space, and Facebook links there to make use of the space. I think you headings text should be bigger, it is barely noticeable. I see you have the obligatory 125x125 hosting ads, just like 97% of the web blogs out there, if they convert, then go for it, but it makes it (to me) look like another copycat, wanna be blog about the web that is just like the others. All little stuff that you can probably change in a matter of minutes, but I think it will go a long way with a more professional look. JMO
It's very difficult to read the blue text with the black background you should fix this, and I think the logo should be more prominent.
