i am confused about the page rank of Google a little bit. i want to know the difference between "page rank 0" and "no page rank". i know if a page have 0 page rank, means it is indexed but what about no page rank? is it indexed or not?

some of page with no page rank are cached but some of them are not. so please help me out about this difference!!!!

PR 0 means that your page ha PR 0.
No PR means that the page is not indexed or is indexed and has not been assigned a PR yet or is indexed but not enough content to assign PR or is indexed but there is some problem (duplicate content, missing description, tags, etc.). Check with Google Webmasters.

Correct but one more possibility. Your site could be penalised by Google.
