    The theme of your site is good but it does not look like a real estate site,
    I think you should get a more unique theme.

    I agree with kingofsanda doesn't look like a real estate website.
    Perhaps pay or design yourself some new banners, for the header and sidebar.
    And lots more content.

    Suggestions? I think that plain grey backing on the site desc.. just doesnt stand out..

    Agree, the site doesn't look like a real state website. The bubble thing on your banner doesn't help it as well.

    the site does not look like Real estate site. the header more suits to a kid related site.
