    Just to confirm the site is absolutely fine now. It is annoying how virus writers target very popular websites in this way however we now have McAfee checking the website daily for any security vulnerabilities to ensure the site is 100% secure at all times.

    Hackers don't target popular websites, they target everyone.

    The way they've been getting into most websites this year isn't through cross-site scripting or SQL injection as much as they have by infecting PCs with FTP password stealing trojans.

    Every web vulnerability scanner in the world won't detect that vulnerability.

    Once the hackers login to a website with valid FTP credentials they install various files that allow them to send infectious command strings to the website which re-infects certain files with new malscripts.
