We have just launched our new site after looking at various options. We are only a small company but looking to promote the site to increase business. Our old site was pretty sloppy and as such didnt get much traffic. It was also very search engine unfriendly. Hopefully this one is going to be a little better. As there are going to be a lot of photos on the site speed is an important issue. Any tips would be appreciated. Please let me know what you think. http://www.equitour.co.uk Thanks

i like the look of the site . I am on broadband at work here viewing it and it still took a few seconds to load completely if i was browsing through your site for a long time this may become frustrating. You may look at reducing the quality of ur photos on the site as even say ur banner is 134k which is quite a lot especially if some of ur customers are dial up . I know with my site alot of the customers are dial up so we have used hardly any pictures but i guess selling riding adventures u need to entice. I would say look at reducing your photos and cutting them down in size. Also if u were worried about getting indexed may u should look at having ur tables removed. Divs styled by css are much better alternative. cheers andrew
