Good design. The orange is very nice; not sure about the dark blue though, it makes the site look dull.. I think a lighter blue is better like the one on the header.

Your logo image has poor quality.

The theme looks fine and has attractive color schemes but no idea of two login boxes.The title on menu bar is repeated with two colors and should be remove one and logo is not impressive.
