You got all your placement wrong.
You need to have a 600 * 160 Ad unit in the right hand side second from right block. To Increase CTR

i see one adsense ads on your site. i think you must add one more adsense unit between blog posts

I like your blog. The header is great. I think AdSense is OK now, but I would remove the frame. It's too obtrusive now, I think. I would also align the 468x60 banner at the bottom a little to the right.

Now its bit better, remove that ad border. make it normal without any corners.
