    I have applies 5 times but getting following error which i cant understand

    application, our specialists have found that it does not meet our program
    criteria. Therefore, we are unable to accept you into our program.

    seem that you copy post on your blog from other website which may be one of reason that adsense is not approving on your website

    Your blog should be 6 months old, unique content , no porn content , real visitors, no bots used, blah blah blah .
    They are ready to reject even a blog with 1000$ earning which has a revenue from other ways.
    They check for even minute reasons to reject. But they dont say particular reason, they just say TOS

    Thats really a good start ,they are a small income but very good & static.and there are many textads,CJ,Clixgalore . Try each & check which gets u good income...!

    Write fresh articles & post more or less 30 articles. You may use Adbrite that's not bad.

    Adbrite is alternative to adsense. It is really good, people who got banned from adsense use adbrite.

    Possible reasons to disapproval.
    If you are an Asian you may have to wait for 6 months.
    Your blog should have your own unique content with sufficient amount of text content.
    Your blog should not contain copyrighted materials if you don't have the permission to use in your site from the copyright holder.

    My suggestion is fix the site first and then apply. Have more content, fix the theme, give credits to the video or the source.
