I don't know if it translates correctly. The text in the first image is fine. The second image, the second paragraph needs fixing... I can't copy it as it now.. but you have "one has had to source" I think you mean "search". third line should be ....resources, ideas or vendors.... Change "and many a times" to Quite often, That fixes it to acceptable level I think.
